AFI CANCELS DEC. 15 & 16 CANADIAN DATES
AFI has regretfully had to cancel the first two dates of its upcoming Canadian run due to scheduling conflicts. Refunds for the band's shows December 15 at the Winnipeg Convention Center and December 16 at Saskatoon's Prairieland Park will be available at the point of purchase, beginning Tuesday, November 24th.
The band members apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing their Canadian fans at their upcoming dates in Edmonton, Calgary and Victoria.

Saskatoon Show
I'm so crushed that the show in saskatoon was cancelled! It was something I was really looking forward to (even more than my trip to the French Riviera this spring). I LOVE AFI and just because of a scheduling mishap that wont change. I with them all the best of luck in the rest of their shows!!! hopefully they will reschedule a show in Regina perhaps? Either way good luck Jade, Hunter, Davey and Adam!!!
So..
I would've thought that a band like AFI would've at least been able to give a more valid reason than " a scedueling error".. I mean, if your gonna cancel a show, and disappoint your fans, than you should at least give them the straight honest truth of why.

I am completely crushed. I've been waiting so long to see them, and I hear on the radio : Jingle Bell Rock Feat. AFI. I was floored, & I was so happy! but now I get this message on the phone: Jingle Bell Rock Feat. AFI CANCELED. o_o I really do hope they get a chance to come here sometime, It would mean the world to me and so many people.
Unfair?
I dont like the fact that AFI goes all over Canada and totally neglects Montreal, I've been waiting for them to come back since summer of 06. and how many years has it been since then? long time. i mean i think blaqk audio will come but still i'd like to meet adam and hunter, and i would like to see them preform here again... -sighs- i just think its rediciulous
cancelled saskatoon show
been wating years and years for AFI to come here. my guess the dec.16th show was cancelled because of the health region giving out flu shots at prairieland. i hope AFI reschedules, but don't hold your breath for a show anytime soon...
Very sad about this
I am so sad to hear this. My favorite band, finally coming to Saskatoon! I've waited to see them for years! Now im crushed. I feel the fans have a right to know exactly why their favorite band can't come to their city. I've been struggling through these past few weeks balancing a new job and trying to complete my education, and this concert was a bright light at the end of the tunnel for me. AFI please let us know. Your letting a lot of people down.
